Spin
Sweat smarter in this low-impact, high-intensity 45 minute cardio workout that will get your heart pumping and strengthen your lower body, especially core, glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Focus on improving endurance, strength and power using a variety of drills. This class is appropriate for all levels, from beginner to athlete. It uses an MPower Echelon console coaching style that provides performance metrics to track progress over time as you build endurance. Mindful Vinyasa Flow Connect the body, mind, and breath through dynamic and creative sequences designed to maintain a strong focus on alignment and balance while integrating playful opportunities to fly and explore. Mindfulness and breathing practices are integrated to help students cultivate a deeper awareness of the body, mind and breath connection. Powerful Vinyasa A dynamic dance of grace, athleticism and spirit - this uplifting class of strengthening Vinyasa flow will rinse your body and bring you clarity. Through a blend of core work, power holds, and arm balances you will improve endurance while re-aligning body and mind. An emphasis on breath work and focus takes you deeper, allowing for a meditative practice overall. All levels welcome. Interoceptive Flow Students are offered opportunities to notice sensations and make movement choices based on them. It is designed to support students in having a greater sense of agency over their experience and cultivating greater sense of the physiological condition of the student's body.This class includes no physical adjustments or music; everything in the class is optional. |
Release & Restore Yoga Tune Up®
This class will relieve muscle soreness, reduce tension, and improve coordination and joint range of motion. Yoga Tune Up® roll to restore uses high grip rubber balls for self-massage trigger point therapy combined with focused movement designed to massage deeply into fascia and high tension areas. Great for athletic recovery, improving posture, combating office and travel woes, carrying heavy things or little ones and everyday life. This class is appropriate for all levels. Come, ready to roll! Tune Up Flow Yoga Tune Up® flow will leave you balanced, renewed and ready to take on the day. In the flow we often break down poses, play with fun and creative YTU vignettes and integrate a short therapy ball sequence to massage into fascia and high tension areas. Leave feeling alert, refreshed, and energized to move through your day. Yoga Tune Up® N15 at Work This is a 15 minute quick fix reset focused on one or two problem areas in the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips, feet, calves, or hands. We use therapy balls for trigger point self-massage which can be done anywhere including an office cubicle making it an ideal way to spend your 15 minute work break. |

Private Classes
Private yoga sessions are tailored to your specific needs and utilize a unique mix of different methodologies to support you in healing and/or fitness goals. Samara works with clients individually Tu -F after 6pm and weekends.
Samara also provides private and corporate yoga at work, including Yoga Tune Up® N15 during the workday M-F.
